OMG I just found out that the interpretation of the sentence below is missing in the video.
우리 회사의 성공은 해마다 증액된 연구개발 예산과 관계가 있습니다
I would interprete this way...
1) We attribute our success to the R&D budget (that is) increased every year
2) A yearly increase (increment) in R&D budget contributes to our success
I wound rather not say something like "linked to" "have something to do with"...etc to mean "관계가 있다"
Could you give me your feedback?

1) We attribute our success to the R&D budget (that is) increased every year
-> This sounds very strong in my opinion. The word "attribute" feels like it is saying that the success is directly from the increased R&D budget, which is not what the original sentence is saying.
2) A yearly increase (increment) in R&D budget contributes to our success
-> This sounds good to me!
