Hi~
I've finished my online tesol course more than two months ago.
However, I still didn't get the certificate or any information of delaying for delivering the certificate.
I want to know why it takes so long to get it .
And I want to be heard when it can be delivered.

That's why we couldn't send your Certificate yet.
I recommend checking your Spam folder if you haven't received our email before.
Once we receive the PCCC code we will send it right away.
