hello~ teacher!

teacher, I've been preparing to make a final lesson plan as final assignment.
I'm quite struggling to make the lesson plan..though I reviewed all lessons, seeing at the sample of the final assignment over and over..
I'm quite nervous by the way!

I have some several questions below:
1. could I make the plan with some stories(story book like henry & mudge or amelia bedlia..)contents in terms of explaining grammar structure, having eliciting, etc. ?
2.or should I use free topic to make the plan?
3.do I also have to type down the diagoue like hello~ students~ how are you? today, I'm going to teach you....as a script in each stage?
3. if you don't mind, could you check out my module tests, lesson 6~10..? If you give some comments there, It would be useful for me to make the lesson detaily. thank you.
