But, I thought '___' also we can make student's creative answers.

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused about your post, but I guess you're wondering about question 8 on the module 4 quiz. Question 8 on the module 4 quiz is pretty tricky, but, unfortunately, the answer is false. While "how?" may work in some cases, it will not work in every case. If we were practicing the structure, "I like/dislike ______" and a student said they like strawberry ice-cream, and we asked "how?", while it technically makes sense, it is pretty odd. If the statement were changed to, "You can make any form of practice more meaningful by adding a 'wh-' question” that would be true.
