I read the email you received carefully. I didn't mean to ask you to reset the file... I recorded it with my phone and uploaded it normally, but they kept saying I did something wrong, so I asked them to find out the cause of the error and contact me... but there was no answer as to the cause, and they talked about resetting it and said I was wrong, and responded to the same document. I am writing this because I cannot understand it at all.
