I'm Uijin Jung who currently undergoing the ITT Business English Translation certification course. It has been nearly two weeks since I completed the final ITT Test and submitted my answers, but I have yet to receive any results. I was informed by tesol support that it typically takes around two weeks for grading. Therefore, I would like to inquire about when I can expect to receive my results.

Additionally, once the results are available, I'm curious to know how long it will take to receive the Diploma and Certificate. Could you please provide information on the expected timeline for receiving these documents?
