Dear Professor,
I am writing to inform you that I encountered an issue while trying to upload my final assignment on the submission site. Unfortunately, I received an error message and was unable to attach the file.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed? I can send the assignment via email if that is acceptable or follow any alternative instructions you may have.
