I'm in a situation same to the writer below.
The TESOL program states that there are no errors on their server and that they cannot do anything for us,
but we are left wondering how they will compensate for the time lost due to an unknown server error and inadequate responses.
They do not inform us of the cause of the error, shrug off their insufficient handling of the situation, and yet expect us to have recorded and submitted Module 4 videos on our own without any feedback. I cannot understand this attitude.
It's not a small amount of money; I chose this TESOL program to learn and improve, and I paid 1 million won with trust in the program.
Was there truly no action they could take? Was that their best response?
Is it fair that we might fail due to a situation that is not our fault, simply because of a lack of time?
At the very least, I believe they should take responsibility for their inadequate handling of the situation, which led to submission delays due to mistaken capacity issues.
Since video submissions will be sent via email due to frequent errors again, I request that they allow submissions until the 18th or apply a vacation.
