Good Afternoon,

I had one question regarding module 6 and another to do with parents of the students.
1. On Module 6 you mentioned getting students to guess unknown words and structures it is good to involve all students, but do you have suggestions on how to involve the "lazy students"?
2. For the bad students; I know in Korea and likely most of the world, the parents want to hear you praise their child. When reporting a bad behavior (not serious like fighting or breaking things) like not answering questions, is it a good idea to praise some aspects in the class and tack on the bad behavior at the end? I am thinking something like "Billy has been a great student, but he may be a little shy and does not like to answer questions too much. I know he understands the material because he is a very smart boy so we just need to get that participation next." To hopefully get the parents help in the background or would this create bigger issues with the student?
