Dear professor,

I was confused after checking the answer of the number 8.

In the lecture, it was explained that the practice can be meaningful by adding some follow-up questions.
For example, we can ask the student "when did you learn it?" when the student says "I can swim".
With this kind of follow-up questions, we can make the practice meaningful.
So I understood that the follow-up questions can start with not only "why" but also "how" too.

However, the answer of the quiz shows that we cannot make the practice meaningful with using "how".
I think it can be used to make the practice meaningful like why, when, where, etc.

I wonder there is something I misunderstood in the lecture.
