[Business English] About wrong answers

Hello,

I would like to ask for correction of my quiz test results.
There seem to be wrong answers put into your system.

For the Quiz of Unit 1, Quiz no.2 to my answer  was 1. I picked no.1 because that's what teacher in the online instruction mentioned.
As for Quiz no. 10, saying that she/he has worked for 3 years cannot be the right answer to the question "What do you do?". That's why I picked the answer where she describes her role in the work place.

In regards to Unit 4, I believe this is definitely wrong. I am certain that my answer (4) was correct.

Could you please check the above?
