Hello Sung Bum!
Once you complete the ITT, the exam will be sent directly to the ITT department based in Korea. Typically it could take up to weeks until they evaluate your exam and issue a certificate. I apologize for not being able to provide detailed information as this is something that GC does not have any control over.
