Hello Mason, it's obviously me again Juyoung.

On module 5 K-E video 7, there's a expression

"he could respond and absolutely express his thoughts beautifully"

I thought that 아릅답게 doesn't really fit here, so I looked at a dictionary and found out that it actually has two meanings. Which is '아릅답다' as you mentioned, and '아주 잘'. So my question is, would it be okay to use '아주 잘'in this sentence?

Thank you, and I appreciate all your kind replies.

Hi Juyoung!

Yes, indeed! That would be the perfect example of the meaning-for-meaning translation. The word 'beautifully' is not always "아름답게" but sometimes it might translate better as "아주 잘" as you mentioned. Understanding the context and finding what fits best is what we do as a translator. I hope this is clear!
