1) You don't ask many questions.
2) You don't ask very many questions.
3) You ask few questions.
4) You ask very few questions.

#1~4, in my opinion, are essentially carrying very similar meaning ("당신은 그렇게 질문을 많이 하지 않으시네요.") and I don't think there is a point in trying to differentiate them. If I must, I would say #2 and #4 are simply emphasizing a little more than #1 and #2.
