-> The only thing concerns me is your translation of the “semi-autonomous” as the word “semi” should mean “반(半) or 준(準)”, whereas the 비(非) would mean strictly “non”.

3. Public Company
After I looked up the meaning of this word, this refers who a company whose shares trade on the stock exchange and are opens to the public.
Anyways, can I just translate as '공시기업, 공시회사'instead of 주식회사.

주식회사 is a company limited by shares to me. What you do think?

-> To my knowledge, the word “공시” means the company is sharing its finances to public. So, I personally find the word “공시 기업” a bit weird? I am not sure if such a term exists. You would often hear “기업 공시” to mention the company’s finance report to public, so you could say “공시를 하는 기업”.

Public company often gets translated as 공개 기업, or 상장 기업.
