1-1. As the teacher explained at the video no.2, the meaning of ‘Most of the Canadians’ is the Canadians who wear a black sweater and who live in Toronto, is it right?
-> Saying “Most of the Canadians” is to specify a subgroup of [general] Canadians. So in the example that instructor Grace gave, yes that is what it means.
