Can I use the verb 'conclude' in the present perfect?
I think the police concluded in the past and the conclusion is still valid now

Please read the contract at least twice before signing because the wording may be misunderstood.

Why don't we use 'it' after signing ?
(Maybe...it is too evident what to sign without 'it'?)


-> Either saying it or not does not change anything and they are both perfectly fine.

Here, can I use 'into' as well in place of in?
I saw a similar sentence in another textbook, which is
"They put a lot of effort into the project"

Susan is so clever that she ~~

As far as I know, clever is rather negative while 'smart' gives a positive meaning
That's what I've learned since many years ago.
I think in this sentence Susan is 'positively intelligent' so we should use 'smart'
Could you clarify this?


-> The word “clever” can have a negative connotation indeed but not always. It can definitely be used as a synonym for “smart”.

15.    John의 제안이 아주 잘 받아들여져서 위에서는 즉각적으로 그 제안을 승인했다.
Teacher used two terms for '위', which is the committee or management
Why don't we use 'the' with management?


-> You can if you want to and it will specify the term “management”. For a sentence translation, the usage of articles can be very ambiguous as we do not know the context. My word of advice, simply do not worry about it.

16.    나는 약속된 조기 퇴직금을 아직 받지 못했다.
I still have not received the promised early retirement benefits.

My sentence was 'I haven't yet received the promised early retirement benefits'

So, is my sentence wrong? what's the difference between two? (still and yet)


-> Your sentence is perfectly fine and there is absolutely no difference.

20.    직업상담원에게 상담하는 것은 직업 선택 방향에 대해 고민하는 대학 졸업생에게 최선의 방책이다
Here, teacher proposed 'college/university graduated students' for the word '대학졸업생'
Can I just simply say 'graduates' ?
That's what I've heard commonly from other materials or even TV shows


-> The term “graduates” can be vague on its own. You would put something before to specify where you are graduated from: high school graduates, college graduates, university graduates etc.

If you want to say “대학생” you might say “undergraduates”. The word “grad/graduate student” is to say “대학원생”

Since it says “대학 졸업생” we will say “college/university graduates/graduated student”

We have noted your clients will attend with their financial advisors.

Here, why is 'client' and 'advisor' plural (clients, advisors)? (In Korean, both are singular)
How can I decide if it's singular or plural when I encounter similar passage in the future? 


-> In general, we do not always specify plural forms in Korean. For instance, think about saying “Your eyes are beautiful.” You would most likely say “당신의 눈이 아름답습니다”, not “당신의 눈들이 아름답습니다”. Similarly, “A dog has two ears and four legs” is not translated to “개는 두개의 귀들과 네개의 다리들이 있습니다.”

So how do we decide? We will see if the context is given. We will use our common sense. If the context is not given and it is confusing, then there is really no answer there so you will have to make your best guess.
