In the 2nd passage of the lesson 2, 

1. "당사는 항공업계에서 폭넓은 경험을 쌓은 간부들에 의해 다년간 운영되면서 유럽, 아시아, 북미에서 많은 고객을 확보해왔습니다."
Through years of operation and well-experienced executives, we have a large customer base in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Here, can I use 'by' in place of 'and' ?
"Through years of operation by well-experienced executives, we have a large customer base in Europe, Asia, and North America."


it's just that I want to stress the fact that the airline is operated by executives according to Korean text.



2. 귀사가 현재 사용 중인 판촉물의 종류와 각 품목의 연간 소모량을 알려주시면 큰 도움이 되겠습니다.
If you could send (tell) us the list of the promotional items you’re using and your annual consumption, it would be a great help.

Can I add 'of each item', like below to be more precise?

"If you could send (tell) us the list of the promotional items you’re using and your annual consumption of each item, it would be a great help."

Dear administrator,

In the 2nd passage of the lesson 2, I found out there's a difference between the video and the text.
In the video, Teacher said ' 전 세계 항공사들에게' but in the textbook, it was just '항공사들에게'

In addition, teacher mentioned the sentence '서울에서 이미 보셨겠지만' which was NOT written in the textbook.

This type of error makes us confused so please pay attention to even the minor details.
