Before watching the video, I interpreted '재정적으로 건실하다' into...

How about meeting us half way?

What's confusing is that the teacher said in the previous module that 'how about' seems too casual in a business setting.
(When she interpreted the sentence "7. 약속을 다음 주로 연기하면 어떨까요?" in the module 1)
But here we can see 'how about'
Can you clarify this?

-> I think it is always situation-dependent. Yes, to Grace’s credit, there are times when saying “how about ~~” may sound a bit too casual for a business setting conversation. Does that mean we can never say “how about ~~”? Absolutely not. I personally think it is fine to say for this sentence but you would say: “How about we meet each other half way?”

3. 보고서 초안을 대충 검토해주십시오.
Please go over the draft of the report

This is really confusing.
From what I've learned so far, the phrasal verb 'look over' fits '대충 검토하다'
To prove my knowledge, I looked up in the cambridge dictionary and could find the definitions below.

go over: to examine or look at something in a careful or detailed way
look over: to quickly examine something


-> Good point. I personally think the expression “go over” can be used here but just because it explicitly said “대충”, I would probably say “Please briefly/quickly go over the draft…”

The expression “look over” does have the meaning you mentioned; however, it also has the meaning “간과하다/제대로 못보고 넘어가다” which can be detrimental to delivering meaning if the context is not clear.

I thought the verb "overlook" has the meaning “간과하다/제대로 못보고 넘어가다”
so, look over and overlook are totally exchangeable is this meaning?
