In regards to your concern, I can assure you that you will be provided a response within a reasonable time period (please allow up to 2 to 3 business days). Generally, if there is no response posted - it is on a secret forum or the student was contacted directly via email.
Also, the inquiries for TESOL exceed those for ITT so it may explain the difference in the number of responses.
I hope this gives you a sense of assurance and addresses your concern.
