I submitted all quizzes, homework, etc., but some were given points and some were given 0 points, and the response was that I had entered the file incorrectly. Translating Korean to English was recorded in English, and translating English to Korean was recorded in Korean. I recorded it, but why was it given a score of 0?Comment list

Hello Sang Hee,
As I have noted in the comment, the files you have submitted are not the right assignment. Upon checking what you have done, it looks like you have just recorded yourself reading out your work on the textbook. What you were supposed to do for each module is the following:
1. Submit E to K Homework (Written assignment)
2. Watch E to K Lecture videos
3. Take Quiz E to K (Recording)
4. Watch K to E Lecture videos
5. Take Quiz K to E (Recording)
6. Submit K to E Homework (Recording)
I have escalated this issue to the right person in charge so you can expect to hear from someone.
