I don't undertand about 'Eliciting long answers' part well..
Is it right INSIST way is to get the textbook answers to question for children?
I understand that "general question" is to get mutiple answers from changing two quetions for one question.
Also I undertand that disadvantage from non- topic means that childrens' a lot of conversation goes non- topic.
Is it right?
and i also understand that "prompt question" is childrens' talking with depicting particular contents.. Is it right?
I'll wating for the answers.. Thank you.

Hi Se Mi Yoon,
First of all, you're right about insisting. When we insist that students give us full sentence answers, we are looking for "textbook answers" basically. Secondly, in regards to changing two questions into a general type question, yes, you are right, students will answer in a variety of different ways, but we are still looking for them to answer what the original question(s) was about. You are also right that students are likely to go off topic when answering these questions. That's fine, but if they go on for far too long, simply interrupt them, ask them a more specific question, and get them back on track. Lastly, prompts are similar to general type questions, except that they really aren't questions. They either start with "describe" or "tell me about" and thus there is no question mark (?) at the end of a prompt. However, just like general type questions, students are likely to go off topic. Again, if they go off topic for too long, simply get them back on track by interrupting them and asking them a more specific type question. Just remember that prompts are not questions.
Anyhow, I hope that makes sense. If not, please reply to my post and I'll try to get back to you asap!
Have a wonderful day!
