Don't worry, there is nothing wrong with your final assignment.  To be honest, I have just been very busy recently, and have not gotten around to marking your final assignment.  However, that being said, I will be able to mark your final assignment soon, so you should receive a mark sometime within the next 24 hours. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I wonder soft remind you as below
"in regards to your second question, yes you're right, that should have been changed.  Unfortunately I can't change it myself and believed that it was already changed, but I will talk to someone about it again.  What I can do, is give you an extra mark on your final assignment."

I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the course!  I will double check with the person who makes our TESOL certificates and make sure that we use your passport name, "Chen, Yu-Chen".
