Hi Seulbi Lee,
Questions designed to get student to use their imaginations or interpret something are generally meant to improve students fluency. They also get students to interpret something, and besides that, they can be fun and engaging. They're fun and engaging because students get to use their imaginations, and there is no set answer. Any answer is really okay.
The reason why the correct answer is option D, they help to improve accuracy, is because they don't help to improve accuracy.
