How would you elicit the words “ashamed” and “moose” from your students? Write down as many questions and/or hints per word that you think would help.

I can't imagine a good question.... please help me..!

Hi Seulbi,

So, I don't want to give you a direct answer, but let's say that I had to elicit the word "curry".  I would ask, "what is India's most famous dish called?".  "Do you know the name of a spicy dish that people in Japan, Korea, Thailand, and India eat?".  Hint:  "this dish is famous across the world, but originates from India".

Or, let's imagine I have to elicit the word "mouse".  I would ask, "what is the name of a very small animal that loves to eat cheese?".  "Do you know Mickey?  What kind of animal is he?".  Hint:  "this animal lives in every country in the world, and people don't like it when it lives in their house!".

Usually, when eliciting, you want to include 2-3 questions and/or hints.  Just try your best!

Well, I hope that helps and have a wonderful day!
