Hello teacher!
I have a question with a last question from Module 6 quiz test.
When I was writing down questions about “ashamed” word, I was not sure if I could provide a synonym or antonym.
I didn’t write it down, but is it ok when I am eliciting, and provide the students with antonyms and synonyms?
Thank you!

Hi Chae yeon Shin,
Sorry about the late response; I had a busy weekend and was unable to check online TESOL.
Anyhow, to answer your question, yes, it is perfectly fine to provide synonyms or antonyms when trying to elicit vocabulary. Oftentimes it is the best, or one of the best, ways to elicit vocabulary.
Well, I hope that helps, but if not, please post again and have a wonderful day!
