Hello teacher!
I have a questions about getting students to predict part.

1. So is the predicting part can be used for reading activity? Or can this be used for both reading and listening activity?
I am quite confused. Does it mean that I can read the text for the students?
2. Also you said that this predicting part can be used while reading. So from the procedure, does this predicting part can be used before “read or play while students listen”part?

Thank you!

Hi Chae Yeon Shin,

It can be used for both reading and listening activities, but it is more often associated with listening activities.  When reading a text for a text while students are listening, this is when we most often ask prediction questions.

Does that help?
