First of all, sorry about the late response! 

Anyhow, you should use everything covered in modules 1-10.  I recommend making a five stage lesson plan starting with either an introduction stage, or a review stage.  After that I recommend including a presentation, a practice, and then a production stage.  Lastly, you should choose a skill-based stage (reading, writing, listening, or speaking).  Remember to write in a lot of detail, try to include a worksheet, and pictures as well if possible.  It is also a good idea to write down how long you think each stage would take to complete.
