Hi Ji Yoon Heo,

Both of these questions are pretty tough, but let me explain.

The reason why "writing activities must be marked during a teacher's free time" is false is because of the way the question is worded.  Think about it, in class you are not always lecturing or setting up an activity.  Sometimes students need to work on an assignment in class, and this is an opportunity where you could do some marking.

The reason why "oral prep requires specific training and specially prepared materials and/or texts" is false is because while it can take a lot of effort, sometimes it does not.  If you had to elicit the word "cat" for a low level class, you would not need to put a lot of effort into thinking about how you would elicit the word.  You could simply show a picture, act, or ask questions, or give hints related to cats.  It just depends on the difficulty of the vocabulary that you are eliciting.

Well, I hope that makes sense.  If not, please feel free to ask again and have a great weekend!
