So let's take a look at these one at a time (but keep in mind that the original question is "what kind of interaction could you do with each type of activity?"):

1.)  Drills - Drills are like repetition, so the interaction occurring would be Teacher to class or Teacher to Student(s). 

2.)  Q & A practice - Could be Teacher to Students, or it could be Students and Students (students working in pairs).

3.)  Role Play - Students and Students

4.)  Guessing Games - Could be Student to Teacher or the Class to a Student, or even the Class to Teacher.

Actually, I don’t know exactly about this interaction.
for example,
1. guessing game
1) the class to a student
2) student to teacher
3) the class to teacher

2. Q & A practice
1) Teacher to Students

 Sorry.. but could you present this interaction in detail.. I don’t understand well.. even though I watched this one several times..
