So basically this part of the video is talking about interaction in the classroom. When doing a guessing game, it can be done in different ways:
1.) The class to a student - The class describes something to one student, and that student has to guess. Thus it is class to student.
2.) A student, or students (a group), describes something to the teacher, and the teacher has to guess. Thus it is student(s) to teacher.
3.) The class to teacher - The class describes something to the teacher, and the teacher guesses. Thus it is class to teacher.
Q&A practice is of course when someone asks a question and another person answers it. In this case, Teacher to students, the teacher asks a question, and the students answer it.
Does that make sense?
