Hi Ji Yun An,

Well, to be honest, it is a bit hard to give you advice without knowing you very well, and without meeting you in person, in real life.

However, in general, one of the best ways to improve one's speaking is through speaking practice!  If that is not possible, because you are not attending a class, or if you do not have English speaking friends you can practice with, I recommend watching TV shows.  Watch with subtitles and repeat after the characters.  Watch multiple times and repeat after the characters.  Look up the meaning of the words and expressions, and try to learn them.  Keep practicing, and you will learn a lot and improve your pronunciation by mimicking the characters.  Honestly, this is one of the best ways to self-study without attending a course. 

As far as improving one's writing is concerned, I always recommend trying to find a model text.  If you can find some example lesson plans, that would be a good idea.  Do not copy them, but take a look at them, and you can get a good idea about how to write your own.
