Hi Soung Hee Baek,

I have not marked your final test yet, but the T/F and MC questions should have already been marked.  If it gave you that mark, it is either because there was some kind of error, or because you made a lot of mistakes (sorry to write that!). 

I will take a look into this!

Sorry, I must apologize!  I thought you were an online TESOL student, and not a BITK student!  I will inform my coworker, and hopefully they can check this as this is not my forte!
