Interesting question and I understand your position, BUT, it is always recommended that you when you make lesson plans that you keep in mind that others may use it.  The reason why is because lesson plans are often shared by teachers, and what if you get sick?  If you get sick and a substitute teacher needs to teach your class, it is better that have a lesson plan that is clear, concise, and easy to follow.  Basically, the whole idea of keeping other teachers in mind when writing a lesson plan is just to push you (the teacher) to write it as clearly as possible, and in as much detail as possible, so that basically any teacher could use it.  This is good not only for other teachers but ultimately for yourself as well.
