I have a question for you.
I took my quiz a little while ago and I'm curious about No.6 Using real objects is a great way to explain complicated structures.
I thought ' complicated structures' means not grammatical structures but something the shape of object like tractor, artifact or whatever is complicated. So, I marked 'True'.
I do have already known that the answer is 'False' if it means grammatical structures. Because there is only so much the real objects can do.
How do you think?

Hi Wook Kang,
I understand your confusion about this question, but unfortunately, I do not think we will be changing it. Complicated structures just mean more difficult grammar structures. Remember, in the lesson when I talked about using visual examples or situational examples, I explained that oftentimes it is not possible to use visual examples when explaining difficult, or complicated, grammar structures, and that is why the answer is false.
Sorry if this is not the answer you're looking for, but I hope it makes more sense now. Anyhow, I hope it helps and have a nice day!

Hi again Wook Kang,
Yeah, if you google complicated structures it will just be complicated objects, buildings, complexes, etc. However, the way in which we are using the term "structure" in TESOL is exclusively for grammar structures. I agree that is still disputable, but in the context of the TESOL course, the question still stands, unfortunately.
Do you have another question? Whether you do or not, have a great day!
