Hi everyone,
Thank you for your patience in waiting for me to respond back to your two questions from yesterday’s final listening exercise (Section 2).
So first, there was a question asking about whether it was okay to use “swimming” instead of “swim” for Question 15. For that particular question, “swimming” would have been marked as correct. However, if you’re ever unsure of which verb form to write down on the listening exam, it’s probably safest to use the word exactly as you hear it (e.g. “swim”).
Secondly, for the question about the price of visiting Lynn Canyon and answering “0” in Question 16, it would likely be marked as correct. However, just like I mentioned above, it’s probably best to write down the answer exactly as you hear it, especially since in the case of Question 16 there isn’t a '$' sign in front of the space for the answer.
