[Business Translation (Advanced - ITT Level 1,2)] Midterm exam

Hi : )
I got a result of the midterm exam and want to ask about question no 19.
Regarding the question, the teacher in the lecture said both sentences "I don't feel well today." and "I am not in good condition." to correct the wrong sentence "My condition is not good."
So in the exam, I wrote "I don't feel well." as an answer. And I got 0 point for this.
I am wondering why my answer is wrong...
