[Business Translation (Advanced - ITT Level 1,2)] Questions from Module 5_E to K

I've watched the lectures but still am confused and here I've got 2 questions from Module 5.
1. (When translating the below sentence to Korean)
This decline has left us with huge inventories, the carrying cost of which is now putting an extremely heavy burden on our finances.
이 감소는 저희의 재정에 굉장히 짐이 되는 많은 재고들과 재고품의 운반비를 남겼습니다.
Is this correct?
2. (Translating E to K)
But although the Party might find his list quite useful, those who are included in it are often not so relaxed.
From this sentence, does 'the Party' mean 정당 in Korean? like government?
Please help me know how I should translate those 2 sentences into Korean. I've found it very very difficult to translate into one nice sentence :'(
