The answer was wrong.
In case of Q5, we learned no punish in the class.
And Q7,noise is problems for pairwork and groupwork, right?

Hi Chohui,
Actually, they are not wrong. If you re-watch the video, while I did say that physically punishing students is wrong, punishing students by other methods are correct, and we should do it ASAP so as to make sure that poorly behaving students are not infecting other students.
Also, as far as noise is concerned, while I said that many teachers, especially older teachers, are disturbed by noise, we should be happy that students are speaking English. Therefore, noise is not really a problem.
