Hi Allan,
I just checked the mark of module four quiz and I have a question in regards to question nine.
The reason why I got the point cut is that the word "pre-reading" was not there in the answer? I basically wrote all the things in detail that I would do for pre reading activity and post reading activity in the answer.

Yes, the content and examples in your answer were quite good, but basically, the answer is all about 'pre-reading' activities and providing examples of them. Nonetheless, your answer is quite good, and I have re-thought the mark I gave you. I'm going to modify your mark, but in the future, please be a bit more specific.
