According to your feedback, my answer lacks mentioning of how asking questions provide more "practice" and helps the teachers to "get to know the students better". However, I believe that my answer does clearly address the two when I wrote, "students are able to achieve more practice of using English..." and "asking questions is a great way to strengthen your bond with your students". As for the second part, I thought that by saying your bond with your students will be strengthened would imply that it is because you would get to know your students better. I would highly appreciate if you could reconsider my answer for this question.
