First of all, Happy New Year 2021!, I hope you had a great holiday! :)
This is Joseph Lee from Dangi Tesol.
I have a question regarding my final assignment.
I checked my score awhile ago and saw the score 0 out of 30.
I want to know if that's the score I got or if it's just shown like that because you haven't scored it yet!
And also if I pass my final assignment and complete Tesol, when will I get my diploma delivered to Korea?

Hi Joseph Lee,
Please do not worry! Your score is not 0, it is just that I haven't had time to complete marking your final assignment yet. I'm currently backlogged with a lot of marking to do, and have had some issues with my computer. Fortunately, I returned to work this week and will be able to use our computers here. That being said, I have a lot of marking to catch up on, but I should have your final assignment marked within the next three days. I apologize for the delay.
Now, as for your other question, to be honest, I am not sure how long it will take for you to receive your diploma in Korea. I would guess about 2-3 weeks from now. If you require a PDF version, we can scan it and email it to you. In order to do this, please email us directly and request that this be done.
