I would like to clarify on the actual meaning of the sentence in bold
*being + past principle'
On being objected to he abused the girl and created a ruckus, which attracted the attention of her mother. '
>> ( Module 1 - Video 3 / Article- News(1) )
1. Does it originally mean that " Because he was rejected to urinate, he abused the girl. ?
2. It would be appreciated if you can provide a few more examples of preposition + being past principle
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Blaire!
Thanks for asking such an amazing question! Here is my answer:
1. Does it originally mean that " Because he was rejected to urinate, he abused the girl?
-> It is similar, but I am not sure if the “was rejected to urinate” part is carrying the exact same meaning.
You could say "Because he was objected to urinating, he abused the girl”
or if you rather paraphrase, you could say something like this…
“Because the girl stopped him from urinating, he abused the girl…”
whichever the sentence might be, I hope you get the meaning of the sentence:
“소녀가 노상방뇨 하려던 남자를 제지하자, 그는 소녀를 학대했고…”
2. It would be appreciated if you can provide a few more examples of preposition + being past principle
-> Here is one example:
On being lied to, Joe was angry at his girlfriend and did not buy her a birthday present.
I believe you can come up with a good translation for this sentence!
I hope my answer helps!
