I am requesting a system reset or access to Module 1_Homework.

I started the Business Translation program today. I downloaded the first two assignment files and was working on them without closing the tab. Weirdly, there is a 1-hour time limit for access - I did not know about this until I tried to download the two other assignment documents. I still need to download the two other assignment documents and submit the works once completed. I haven't uploaded anything, but the system automatically submitted nothing after the time limit passed.

I need new access to Module 1_Homework so I can work on and submit my assignment properly.
