Hi~ Mason :) I'm Nakyoung.
I have two questions.

first of all,
(module 4-4 in the last sentence.)
"Telemarketing jobs are hardly pleasant ones."

>Here, 'ones' means 'Telemarketer'?
I don't exactly know why 'ones' is in this sentence.

and,
I'm not sure how to translate the word, 'For action.'
I translated like... '조치를 취하기 위해.'

But I think it is quite awkward.
feel like... something serious is going to happen. @_@

As always, thank you for your kindness!

Hello Nakyoung!

Great questions! Let's see if I can help! :)

1.
"Telemarketing jobs are hardly pleasant ones."
>Here, 'ones' means 'Telemarketer'?
I don't exactly know why 'ones' is in this sentence.

-> "ones" here is referring to the "Telemarketing jobs."
Here, I would say the translation of "ones" is just "~~것들, 어떠어떠한 것들".
Have you ever heard someone saying something like "That's a good one!" or "This one is weird."?

2.
I'm not sure how to translate the word, 'For action.'
I translated like... '조치를 취하기 위해.'

-> In my opinion, '조치를 취하기 위해' sounds good!
The word "action" means something like "조치", or "처리" so essentially "For action" means "to take care of this task"

I hope it helps! ^__^
