Hi Hyosic Lee,
Your request is certainly not rude, but honestly, this is the first time someone has requested a letter of recommendation. I will have to speak with my Manager and see whether this is possible or not. Unfortunately, my Manager is not in today, and I will not see them until next week Tuesday.
