First, I just want to clarify #9 in quiz 5 because I'm not sure where exactly you took off points.

I said 5 to 6 stages in general where the 5th and 6th depend on the extra practice stage that includes one or two of listening/speaking/writing/reading/review stages. I meant that we could include one or two of these in a lesson plan, not all, so my answer is total of 5 to 6 stages, not 9.

Also, the question at the end did ask "why?" which is why I added the reasons, but even if the question didn't ask why, do you usually take off points if you find extra correct information in the answer related to the question?

Lastly, could you please take a look at quiz 6 #'s 3 and 4 and explain why I got the answers wrong?
