So I have understood noise is a major problem.

So I think True is also correct.

Hi Daisuke Haga,
Good question! However, the question is: "[n]oise is a major problem associated with pair and group work activities". While noise can be a problem, it is rarely a "major" problem, and that is why the answer to this question is false.
That being said, I partly agree with you; noise can be a problem, but if you control your class effectively, it isn't a big problem. In addition to that, as long as students are practicing and speaking English, we should not view noise as a big problem.
