Hi,
I have recently graduated from the Business Translation course.
I received the message that the hard copy of the diploma will be sent to me soon.
I wonder if you could provide a soft copy of the diploma in case I will need to attach it with my resume when applying for a job.

Your original diploma has been already sent out.
According to the shipping company's website, the estimated delivery date is March 12th which is today in local time.
Once the original copy is sent, we have to re-issue the diploma in order to make a copy then the re-issue fee would be charged.
