Thank you very much for your kind and detailed comment.
But, there is a problem.
You said that you took 2 points off because I missed guiding questions in the listening stage and I haven't labeled it. But actually, I did.
You can find it on the 2nd page.
'While listening, try to find the answer to the questions. 1) What did Lisa order? 2) Did she pay by card or cash? 3) How much did she get for a change? (guiding questions- write them on the board) '
It would be very nice if you check it again.

Hi again Jin Kyung Lee,
I believe there must have been a miscommunication between myself and our technical admin, because I believe that instead of reseting your mark, they reset your final assignment.
Could you please re-submit your final assignment? If you can do that as soon as possible, I will get it re-marked as soon as possible. Sorry about this mix up, but we'll get this fixed as soon as we can.

Missing the fact that you mentioned 'guiding questions' in your listening stage is quite embarrassing, and again, I apologize for my mistake. I think I was burnt out from marking so many tests and final assignments in the past month.
